After my training, I decided to work in Marketing & Sales, with a focus on the sale of active pharmaceutical ingredients. My tasks are very varied and you learn something new every day. Since my first day, I have appreciated the collegial and friendly atmosphere in the company. The fact that Midas is a family-owned business makes everything a little more personal."

Ben Schalke

"Since I joined Midas in 2015, I have been in daily contact with colleagues from our subsidiaries around the world - an international aspect of my work that I greatly appreciate. At Midas, I am not only responsible for a specific function, but also act in areas such as purchasing, sales and product management. This gives me the opportunity to develop my entrepreneurial skills. As a virtual company, we are never limited to a specific product group or technology, but our management team always encourages us to find new business partners and develop creative business models. That makes every day interesting. Apart from that, I work in one of the most beautiful offices in Ingelheim and I can come to work by bike"

Lucia Borsari, PhD

"I've been working at Midas since 2017 and I really feel like a part of the company. This is because the working atmosphere is very compassionate and friendly, but also absolutely professional. The way colleagues interact with each other is open and fair. The work at Midas is very dynamic and always offers interesting challenges. It never gets boring.  The international environment also provides variety. Every day I meet partners and customers from all over the world."
