New Cooperation Agreement with HERMES PHARMA
This is a mutually exclusive contractual arrangement under which Midas will represent HERMES PHARMA’s unique and user-friendly dosage forms and products into the US Market with initial focus on Dietary and Food Supplements as well as OTC drug products.
Midas and HERMES PHARMA will work together collaboratively to bring HERMES PHARMA’s suite of unique, user-friendly and innovative products to US clients with local, regional, and national market coverage.
Products will be offered and commercially sold to US clients in a business-to- business arrangement where the products may be white-labeled or branded in the clients’ own label for distribution within the US market.
Midas and HERMES PHARMA will also be offering customized formulations per the guidance of clients who choose to market and sell formulations that are tailored to the specific needs of US consumers (co-developments).
The initial focus will be on dietary and food supplements, then OTC products will be offered in due course.
