City cycling 2021 in Ingelheim - Midas Pharma in the top 10!
For 21 days, the participants pedalled for more cycling promotion, climate protection and quality of life. Despite Corona, the nationwide "Stadtradeln" (city cycling) campaign took place again this year.
For the eighth time in a row, Midas Pharma took part in city cycling in Ingelheim to cover as many kilometers as possible by bike within three weeks, whether for work, shopping, leisure time or other occasions.
The aim of the campaign, which is organized by the Climate Alliance and in which several municipalities are now taking part, is to actively do something for the environment by leaving the car parked more often or even completely, thus saving the environmentally harmful climate gas Co2. Besides, you stay fit while cycling and do something for your wallet, especially when you look at the current gasoline prices.
We can be proud of our performance in the top 10 this year, as the following team statistics show:

Total kilometers: 3,767 km
Co2 savings: 554 kg
Total participants: 14

There are many good reasons to participate in the event: Cycling keeps you fit, is fun, is good for climate protection and easy on the wallet. And especially during these days, the bike is a good alternative compared to other forms of mobility. Whether it is for going to work or shopping or on excursions during your free time.
