Midas is growing and this is not only evident from the many new faces but is also reflected in the increasing number of workplaces required. Since the main building in Ingelheim does not offer enough space for the now about 160 employees at the headquarters, a solution had to be found.
The "new, old" building, just a 2-minute walk from the main building and right next to the Midas gym, was therefore refurbished for the company's own use. The initial skepticism of the employees to leave the beautiful rooms of the main building quickly subsided after the first tour of the new building. The new "RS63" building was adapted to the design of the main building, it presents itself with bright and friendly rooms and a simple, yet modern design.
At the beginning of the year, the time had come for the move to the new building, which went smoothly thanks to the great preparation. In addition to a tastefully furnished building, the employees enjoyed large monitors, wireless keyboards, and height-adjustable desks with modern, ergonomic stools. In addition, the new building offers co-working areas with smartboards as well as large, state-of-the-art meeting rooms. The new building will accommodate at least 42 employees.
Due to the current situation, the rooms have not yet been used at full occupancy. As soon as the situation allows, all employees look forward to seeing each other again and to the first "After Work Party" on the roof terrace of the building.
