New Midas Legal Entity in China

The new setup allows to become more active in the field of In- and Outlicensing of many pharmaceutical products, like Excipients, Intermediates, APIs and Final Dosage Forms. In particular, the new status allows Midas China to be a competent point of contact towards the Chinese Authorities, to perform more and more registration activities with the CDE (Chinese Center for Drug Evaluation).

For this expansion of activities, the Chinese office has also strengthened its business development department. The team welcomes a new colleague who will bring in her excellent knowledge of regulatory pathways for the benefit of our Chinese customers and our partners worldwide.
